The first thing is to update to the latest release and see if that resolves the issue. You can update using the instructions at the following link: Software Download: Fast Update If that does not resolve it, then we would like for you set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to "0".
