Make sure your software is at the latest release, as there have been some changes to fix a particular problem with OpenGL causing a shutdown. Follow the instructions at the following link to update: Software Download: Fast Update You would have to enable saving out the Message Log to have the previous one, but it will not have any information for why the software is shutting down on you. Directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart) you have a folder named "CrashReports". In that folder should be files from when the program crashed. Please attach the most recent file to this thread for us to take a look.
