But this issue has never happened on previous rollover dates. Since I've been using the Denali data-feed, there has always been a complete data set on the 3rd Friday of the quarter. There has not been a situation where the data cuts off at 12pm, and then doesn't roll-over to the new contract. Scrolling through the support board, I can see that there are other users who are experiencing the exact same issues. Therefore, please escalate support if necessary.
