Only other thing I can think of is the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit setting in Data/Trade Service Settings. You want this set to 1 tick. Otherwise, this page might help: Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent |
