I am not able to load data for the new ES contract on my Sierra chart. I originally suspected it was a Rithmic issue but my connections work on all other platforms and Sierra has updated successfully on my desktop. Having issues on my laptop. I get the following error. Download Failed Error Loading historical intraday data for ESZ3. CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied Any assistance would be great. |
