Hi all, I have not used my Sierra Chart form about a week while I was on holiday. On logging back in, the application downloaded all of the historical data for the ES but there is about a week's worth of data missing between 25th August and 8th September. Attaching a screenshot of the Market Profile chart which shows this. I also can't seem to initiate a Chart Replay in this "missing" week. As an example, when I initiate Chart Replay for starting on 28th August at 02:00. The chart loads at the end of the day on 25th August. Attaching a screenshot which shows this as well. I haven't changed any settings so can't think what may have changed here. I just downloaded the latest version - 2543 - but the same thing happens. All help gratefully received. Thanks, Rob |
