Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". If this is set to "No", then change it to "Yes", select OK to close the window and then select "File >> Reconnect".

This was set to "No" and I'll assume this fixes the problem but can't check until after the weekend. Thank you for the assistance!
