As we mentioned, check the "New Bar at Session Start" and make sure it is set the same way for all the charts. Also apart from Chart Settings, make sure your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to the same setting for all instances.
