If you are not using the Interactive Brokers True Real-time Data option , the only other thing we would recommend which is not documented in help topic 3, is to completely delete the chart data file: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ChartDataFiles.html#DeletingCharts After this open a chart again for the symbol.
