I've been using Sierra Charts with flawless execution since last February. All of a sudden, I simply cannot obtain data. I have looked through the FAQ's and related threads for "Waiting To Download Historical Data". But even on the basic opening chart, it will not load. I understand it may take time, but yesterday I had a 2-chart chartbook trying to load for well over 5 hours to no avail Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1692205287342.png |
