Have you tried the option of "Line at Last Bar to Edge"? This will draw a line at the last bar in the chart to the right edge. It sounds like this is what you want. If you just want to remove the diagonal lines that connect the horizontal lines between days, then set the Draw Style to "Dash". If you are wanting a line for each day that goes from the end of the day to the edge of the chart, then there is not a specific option for this, but you should be able to use the Spreadsheet Study to accomplish this.
