You have us curious if the new computer is a MAC. Given what you state, we want you to set "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Use Real-Time Data Compression" to "No Compression" and select OK to close that window. Then select "File >> Reconnect". Then try to redownload the data and see if it works for you.
