This is not an error, it is just a message telling you that the data is downloading. You have to wait for the data to fully download. If you are requesting a large amount of data, then it can take awhile to get it all. There are a number of factors that go into how long it will take, including how much data, the speed of your Internet connection, and the storage time unit selected. There are times where we have heard of it taking a few hours, depending on your settings. If you feel like there is an issue, then open a single chart for just a few days worth of data and see if you can get it to load without issue. Then move forward from there.
