This is why you can not place any trades:
New order rejected - 'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled. Internal Order ID: 21. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: NQU3.CME. Account: Sim1

Select "Trade >> Trading Locked" to toggle the option. You do NOT want a checkmark by this in order to be able to trade. Refer to the following:
