You might be able to do this with a Spreadsheet Study and a 1 Trade chart. You would have to check the time and find the period in which the half-second has passed and then you can use the Offset to find the prices at those two periods to find the tick difference. Another option would be use a half-second chart and test each bar, but this only gives you the movement if it occurs within that particular half-second. The same would be true for the volume.
