Post From: Chart DOM data not working with IBKR/denali Exchange data feed

Hi, I am setting up my chart DOM data using customize CHart/Trade DOM. I am connecting using IBKR and allowing sierra chart data feed for charting. I have denali data feed - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. I am using it for E-Mini Future contract. When connected via IBKR, only 10 column for Bid size/Buy Column and for Ask size/sell column are available. Which I expect to be the full book since I have denali data feed. While using directly denali data feed, complete chart DOM is empty. This is somehow confusing. I have attached the picture for both cases along with the customize setting. What could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance.
