Hey there, I just opened up an account in edgeclear today in order to enable the denali live data feed. I have completed all the CME forms and they all have been APPROVED, then I purchased denali data feed and followed the step of the "once a month connection" but for some reason I stil don't get the live data feed and the "[M]" in the top of the screen/chart. would love to be assisted with it and see if I missed a certain step. thanks a lot |
