I sent the message log. Here's a video of what I did as well: https://youtu.be/JeYD1SzHeW0 I opened the chartbook (it loads with SC Data). Then you can see what I click on in the video... I just change the data to Rithmic. I ended the video early, but the program did crash again (see attached screenshot). This time it didn't ask me to download the installer when I reopened it. But the Rithmic data did not load.
