You would have to use a second and/or third chart that is set to the specific session times that you want and set the Cumulative Sum of Study on those charts and then you can overlay those to the Full Session chart to view the data on a single chart. The other option would be to modify the study itself for your needs. The code is in Studies8.cpp in the ACS_Source folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder.
