When you are scanning symbols in a watch list, the time for each symbol update is the "Chart Update Interval". It should not matter how you have the Watch List displayed (or if you have it displayed at all). We just tried doing a Scan with various Chart Update Intervals (300, 1000, 5000) with the control bar watch list displayed, and we do not see anything running slow or different. Are you doing something other than selecting "Chart >> Enable Continuous Scanning" and then "Chart >> Start Scan"?
