The chart should definitely show in the CW menu. If it is not in there, then do you have multiple chartbooks open, and is that particular chart part of a chartbook that is not active? Also, if you select the chart from your Task Bar, you should get at least a part of it showing on a monitor somewhere. Windows is better about not having windows display completely off screen, but it does still occur.
