I use File > New Instance routinely and noticed that the sub instances were not downloading historical data when I went to roll over the Equity Indexes this weekend. I received a mostly blank chart with just live data filling in as time went by. I scrolled through the log and noticed this line: No historical data client is currently set to download historical Intraday data for ESU23. | 2023-06-11 20:44:00.694 It appears for any symbols that I have tried (NQU23, MNQU23, MESU23, GCQ23, CLN23 etc.). The "Main" instance (where I select File > New Instance) is downloading data properly (historical and live), but the Sub Instances are only receiving Live. I can submit the entire log via Send For Analysis if needed. I searched for similar issues and only found one topic which was a problem caused by a broker version of SC instead of a Direct Sierra Chart Account. I have a Direct Sierra Chart Account with Package 10 and activated live CME Exchanges via Teton/Denali. |
