Those items are the DOM Graph. Refer to the information here: Trade Menu: Draw DOM Graph on Chart (Trade menu) Based on the images you show, it looks like you only had 1 level of Market Depth being displayed, which is why you only had the 1 bar level. Now you have more than that, which is why you have multiple bars.
