Hello. I am appealing to Engineering with this as I think it a serious issue and not fitting for user discussion. I have notice of late that Sierra whether in real time or SIM is NOT calculating profits correctly. Today I was trading in real time and had two clear and clean points profit in the ES and Sierra only calculated and showed a one hundred dollar profit in my Trade console and my trade balance window. This was a FOUR point trade so, it should have shown as a two hundred dollar profit. Today I did pay attention... but I have suspected that something was amiss for a few days now. If I put the Chart Calc tool on it also reads incorrectly. I am out money today. Please advise. |
