In the next release we are going to add a new setting to control the download time by the user precisely. The default will be 17:15 (assuming the global time zone is US Eastern). This setting will be in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings. You can then set that as you require and the data will be downloaded at that time.
