Rithmic needs to resolve this problem. You need to contact Rithmic about this. This is strictly a problem with the Rithmic server. Hi Sierra Chart, Thanks for your quick(!) reply. For additional clarification on the post above, unfortunately it is the Denali data-feed that needs to reconnect when trading. Also to be clear, I don't use a third party trade copier but the trade-copy functionality of sierra chart itself. In other third party trade copier solutions trading >10 Rithmic accounts seem to work well without these problems (based on Ninjatrader+replikanto). Given these additional facts, is this still a 100% Rithmic problem? An additional, seperate issue is that, when adapting the trade copying-settings of a chart, regularly, this sub instance of sierra char unfortunately crashes (specifically when adding accounts).
