The information in the Market Depth Historical Graph should match exactly what is shown in the DOM, assuming that you have the study setup to show that same information. In particular, make sure the input for Use Last Quantity Instead of Max Quantity for Bars is set to Yes, otherwise you will only be seeing the Maximum value at that price level for each bar, which may not be what is displayed in the DOM at that time. Refer to the following:

Also, if you are not viewing the quantity values in the Market Depth Historical Graph (there is not a way to hover and view, you simply need to turn them on), then you may be expecting a particular value to be certain color based on what looks like a high value when there is another higher value somewhere else.
