The problem is that the system is unable to connect to CQG. As to why there would be a difference in that connection with your Internet providers.

Try rebooting your computer and see if that resolves the issue.

Otherwise, you would have to ask T-Mobile as to why there is an issue connecting to 208.48.16.17.
