Hello, I wanted to revert back to package 11 and see if I can get refunded for the next few months I bought package 12 for. I found myself not utilizing the tools package 12 uses and so I found no use for package 12. I even de-activated, "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" because I don't use DOM enough to use it well. Is it possible to get a pro-rated refund on that? I don't mind keeping the refunded money as credit for later purchases. Thank you |
