Hello John,

The page you referred me to does not solve an issue. I can connect to Rithmic through their data center, all my Sierra Chartbooks open fine, the problem is that all the data for ES from the 10th of March up till today is missing (was fine yesterday evening). VIX is showing without issues at the same time. Trying to reload data, Im getting this red box message: "Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for ESM3.CME. permission denied".

I passed that to Rithmic support, who ping ponged me back to you. This is the message:
"unfortunately we cannot provide any further support for other trading platforms, so I'd kindly request you to reach out to Sierra Chart support in order to solve the problem."

Please advise. Thanks
