It was set to the wrong Data Trade Service.

Global Settings> Data Trade Service Settings was set to SC Data All Services (data)

Just changed it to Teton CME Order Routing (trading)

Now all three Trade Message Windows are showing the correct position & Orders & Trade Account Monitor Balance.
