Hello Support, please help to find out what happened to my account. I added real time index data for NASDAQ. I am running 2 instances. The main instance shows. Has an open position for that contract in the ACCOUNT MANAGER No GTC order for 1 NQU23 contract that has been in place for a couple of days. In the second instance it shows FLAT on the trade window with no working order or positions. I did not cancel any orders or close the position for the NQU23 contract. Some setting is off or possibly corrupted?
