Hello, thank you for your response. I followed your instructions; closed all the chartbooks then using find symbol opened one of the charts I have in my example chartbook (US30), then TRADE and TRADING CHART DOM ON then disconnected and reconnected to the DATA FEED. There was still no Data on the DOM so I have sent the message log for analysis. Thanks |
