There is not any support for this. The closest we have is in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values 2 study, which has Subgraphs for "Time since Price Touched Bar High" and "Time Since Price Touched Bar Low". The only way to do what you are asking for is to create a custom study to track and keep this information.
