You are setup to get data from the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. As such, you need to enter the symbols with the "-NQTV" suffix. Make sure all of your symbols have this suffix or you will not be getting the real-time data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Any symbol that is not in the Find Symbol list can be opened by just typing in the name of the symbol - again, make sure you have the "-NQTV" suffix. So you would enter "XLC-NQTV" (no quotes).
