Is it possible to use Teton for CME and EUREX? Bc you mentioned above: "We certainly do recommend using the Teton Order Routing for trading the CME Group. If you are also trading EUREX, then you would need to use CQG for those orders." This sounds as Teton only supports CME but not EUREX!? If so I will subscribe for CQG, bc having both and installing another SC on my computer, as well as subscribing and setup two data feed with AMP on one sub account sounds too complicated!
