Hello, the resting sell/buy orders on my DOM do not show. The only thing that shows is the current price orders. However, I would like to see the resting orders as well for the buy and sell columns. Is there any way to show that? I recently upgraded to package 12 and so I'm still figuring out the settings but I don't see anything to help show them. I'm strictly trading ES and micro-ES.
