There are two different items. One is your Sierra Chart Usage Time. This works on a 31 day cycle and renews based on when you started using Sierra Chart. This Usage Time is set to renew on May 2, 2023. The other item are the exchange fees. These work on a calendar month basis and renew on the first day of each month. You had deactivated the exchanges, so they did not renew today (May 1, 2023).
