We are very confused by this. If you still have a valid account with AMP setup to use CQG, then you should be able to login without any issue and have access to that account. If there was a sub-account that is no longer available, then that should just no longer show up as a selectable option on your Trade Window.
It sounds like AMP may have completely turned off your CQG account.
We certainly do recommend using the Teton Order Routing for trading the CME Group. If you are also trading EUREX, then you would need to use CQG for those orders.
But, you also state that you do not use Sierra Chart for trading, so you would just need to be able to connect Sierra Chart to your AMP account in order to qualify for the non-professional CME exchange fees.
