I'm also having the same issue. Opening Sierra in safe mode without any chartbooks opened on startup, Sierra is using in excess of 20GB of RAM. It will respond within 2 or 3 minutes, and allow me to open charts. It also has a black background instead of the standard gray background before opening any charts. This has become an increasingly worse problem in the last two or three days. |
