Hi there, I am trying to import the trade activity data from my sierra chart to trading journals (edgewonk, tradervue etc), however, in both platforms i get error message 'Unexpected file format detected; please retry your import, being careful to select the Trade Activity tab in the Trade Activity Log in Sierra Chart. I contacted trading journal support and they said it is something with exporting the data from sierra. What i usually do, log on to the trade activity data, select trades, select fills, i can see all trades and then i take file and save log as xxx. But then i cannot open in trading journals. Funny thing is it works sometimes and most of the time not. Any advise? thanks rajeev |
