I would like to put in a long order 5 ticks above where the bar is at this time. This is called a Buy Stop entry. The easiest way to do this is to use the DOM or the ChartDOM. If you use the settings in the attached pic, at Global Settings >> ChartDOM Settings >> Order Types tab, the order types used will be automatic.
