I understand that when I'm not logged into Sierra Charts and confirmed that I am connected to a live server (TransAct), that you should not have access to trade information on trades I made with TransAct direct. However you were sent information on a trade I made with them on 5/21/2014, and you were only sent half of the transaction. So you had to have gotten the information transmitted to you from them. Again I realize you were not involved but I need a copy of the information they sent to you. If you cannot provide me with this, do you have a legal department I can contact to request this information. Thank You |
