I was in the same boat. I requested to switch to Teton, it got initially rejected due to a same day trade with CQG routing. I resubmitted the "live setup request/change." Waited a day, then chatted with AMP reps who said email. I emailed without a response. I chatted again, and it was recommended to switch back to CQG routing. The AMP rep kindly immediately cancelled the existing live setup request so I could do a live setup change back to CQG which they handled within minutes. However, this was all done during normal business hours. I don't think AMP is ready to move folks to Teton, despite the option for setup being there. My 2 cents.
