I just signed up for an Apex Eval account and at first had issues with the "Permission Denied" error, but turns out I had to download and setup RTrader Pro and sign their agreements first, before connecting to Rithmic Date feed within Sierra Chart. Now all of that seems to working fine. However, I'm having the problem of RTrader Pro logging me out because I'm logged into Sierra Chart. It says "You have been logged out because another program has logged in with your credentials and would cause your session count to exceed its maximum". Any help would be appreciated.
