We can not say. This can be normal depending on how much data needs to be downloaded and loaded for the chart. Make sure you are not removing any files that you need, as this will require that the system try to download more data. The only additional item that may not have already been mentioned is using an NVME SSD drive for your Sierra Chart installation in order to get as much speed as you can from the drive.
