Actually, Rithmic redid their connectivity to Sierra Chart, so the connection we use was put together by Rithmic. And it does NOT use RTrader. So we can't speak to any issues with RTrader running when trying to access Rithmic from Sierra Chart. You would have to ask Rithmic about this. As to the CME Group responsibility, they are the ones that have the "non-professional" requirement such that you have to have a Live, Funded, Futures Trading Account, that is NOT a Prop Firm account. This complicates the process very much. So much so, that we spend probably half our support time dealing with issues related to this.
