Thank you for activating the service. I have updated the (Symbol Settings > Update From Server) as well as confirmed that "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". When I create a new Intraday Chart with symbol "VOLQ-NQGI", I receive the attached error. Is another setting or symbol required? Also, when will VIX for S&P 500 Global Indexes be available? Thank you |
