                Dear SierraChart Support, I am writing to request your assistance with updating my SierraChart software to the latest version. I have a custom study from a friend that requires the latest version, but I am still using an older version due to issues with my Denali data feed, CQG, and AMP account. As an AMP USA customer, I connect to CQG via SierraChart, but I am unsure of what steps I need to take to update my software without losing my connection to my brokerage account. I am hoping you can provide me with guidance on how to update my SierraChart software while remaining an AMP customer and without compromising my current data feed. I primarily trade on EUREX, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping me to use SierraChart like the majority of its users. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, rosi  |
