Check the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price Multiplier for Intraday Chart. It sounds like this is set to a value of 2, if it is, then change it to 1. If that is not it, then are both of these charts in the same installation of Sierra Chart, or do you have more than 1 installation?
